DTU Wind Energy is responsible for management and administration of the project in accordance with the contract. This involves management and coordination on daily basis, scientific, technical and financial yearly reporting as well as progress on spending and forecasting the future budget.
The main tasks of the work package are:
- To provide efficient communication through web, email, telephone conferences, video link, and meetings,
- To control the project development through the deliverables and milestones as specified in the work plan,
- To provide periodically project progress according to the work plan,
- To ensure full liaison with the European Commission Scientific Officer,
- To follow up on human and financial resources consumption,
- To ensure knowledge management,
- To solve any conflicts that may appear in the consortium.
